The terms and conditions below regulate the use of Disco Wheel situated on the web address https://www.discowheel.com which belongs to Disco Wheel Lisboa, Lda. with tax number 517815540, with head office on Rua D.Luís I, no19, 5o Andar, with the share capital of 1.000,00 Euros.

By visiting our site, booking workshops and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our ‘service’ and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

 

PRIVACY

The personal information you forward to Disco Wheel will only be used to provide you the best service. Disco Wheel online will not share your personal details or let a third party use them without your prior consent. You have the right to view your personal details upon request. You have the right to correct or delete any of your personal details.

 

COOKIES

Cookies are used by Disco Wheel in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Disco Wheel will not operate properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser.

 

DISCLAIMER

Disco Wheel online cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available, you will be contacted by email shortly after placing your order.

The majority of Disco Wheel shop pieces are handmade and therefore unique. Each piece can present slight variations in shape, glazing and colours and these details cannot be considered defects.

 

PRICES

All prices in Disco Wheel Online are stated in EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including VAT.

 

TAX 

All our prices include VAT. Customers outside Portugal, will have the VAT charge updated during the checkout process. 

 

PRICE CHANGES

Disco Wheel reserves the right to adjust prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

 

PAYMENT

Disco Wheel accepts payment via Paypal and/or VISA / Mastercard (Unique SA). The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payments are made with our partner, Paypal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. 

 

CURRENCIES 

Disco Wheel cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Disco Wheel will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages. 

 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS – WORKSHOPS 

Schedule changes or refunds can only be made up to 24 hours in advance. Disco Wheel is not responsible for any pieces that break in the kiln. Although it is a rare occurrence, it can happen for several reasons, at any level of learning.

You will be notified once your workshop piece is ready. After being notified, you will have 10 days to pick up your piece. After this period, and in the absence of feedback to our contact, these become the property of Disco Wheel, even in case of payment for coloured glazing. 

Disco Wheel reserves the right to change or cancel workshops up to 24 hours before the workshops. The terms and conditions above will apply to the new workshop date.

Our workshops have been designed for participants aged 16 and above. If you would like to organize a private event for a younger audience please contact us via email.

GIFT VOUCHERS 

Gift vouchers are valid for all workshops and products sold on our website. Vouchers can have a value between 10€ (minimum) and 1000€ (maximum). Each voucher has a code that can be applied at check out on our online shop. Gift vouchers will be digitally sent to the e-mail address specified during purchase (this can take up to 48 hours). Instructions will also be specified in the digital voucher email. 

Gift vouchers cannot be sold or refunded.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase. After that period, they cannot be used.

 

EXCHANGES AND SALE 

During sales or promotional offers, the policy explained above will apply, however, we will not accept exchanges via our online shop.

We are continuously trying to improve our services, therefore, we welcome any feedback that you may have. We aim to deal with problems quickly and fairly. If you would like to send us a complaint, please email us at support@discowheel.com stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
