Absolutely, our workshops are open to anyone, regardless of past experience. Our instructors and coordinators will walk you through the experience.

As we want your creation to last as long as possible, we take the glazing and firing process very seriously. The process includes up to 15 days of drying before the first firing of your piece. After that we will glaze it and fire it one more time. We reserve up to 20 days to finalise your piece.

If you’re unable to pick-up your piece you can still make the most of your experience. You will receive a gift voucher to spend in our shop or in another workshop as a refund for the firing and glazing.

You will get a tangible memory from your experience. Transparent glazing and cooking is included in the price of the workshop. For an additional 10€ you can choose a coloured glaze from our palette.

Absolutely, our workshops are baby-bump friendly! We’ll make sure you’re as comfortable as possible — and who knows, the little one might get a kick out of it too!

All shop pieces can be delivered within Europe with an extra cost. Delivery of ceramic creations during workshops or store purchases can be picked up at our shop. If you’re unable to pick-up your piece you will receive a gift voucher to spend in our shop or in another workshop as a refund for the firing and glazing.

If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your piece, you may request a return within 14 days. You will then have a further 7 days following your request to return unsuitable items.
