FIRST TIME?

Can I join without experience ?

Absolutely, our workshops are open to anyone, regardless of past experience. Our instructors and coordinators will walk you through the experience.

How long does it take for my piece to be ready for pick up?

As we want your creation to last as long as possible, we take the glazing and firing process very seriously. The process includes up to 15 days of drying before the first firing of your piece. After that we will glaze it and fire it one more time. We reserve up to 20 days to finalise your piece.

I don't live in Lisbon, how can I bring my piece home ?

If you’re unable to pick-up your piece you can still make the most of your experience. You will receive a gift voucher to spend in our shop or in another workshop as a refund for the firing and glazing.

Do I get to keep the piece I make during the workshop?

You will get a tangible memory from your experience. Transparent glazing and cooking is included in the price of the workshop. For an additional 10€ you can choose a coloured glaze from our palette.

Can I join the workshop while pregnant ?

Absolutely, our workshops are baby-bump friendly! We’ll make sure you’re as comfortable as possible — and who knows, the little one might get a kick out of it too!

AMENITIES

Lockers

Our studio provides lockers with codes to keep your belongings safe during the workshop.

Food & drinks

During the workshop, you will be able to enjoy a selection of natural wines and kombuchas from local producers, prepared through authentic processes.

Aprons

Considering you will be working with clay during the session, we will supply every attendee with an apron and towel. However, working with clay on the wheel can easily get messy and you might get some clay on your own clothing. Clay comes out easily with water but we advise you to not bring any items that require dry cleaning to your experience.

Tools

Each of you will be given little tools to help you make the most of your piece while allowing the more docile among us to perfect their creations down to the finest details.

Class Schedule

As we promise to deliver a fully immersive and unique experience to every customer, workshops will start on time. Please arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to the workshop, so we can get you seated and prepared to make the most out of the workshop.

Check-in

Workshops start on time, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the workshop. Last sign ups will happen 5 minutes before class, otherwise your seat will be given to someone else.

Cancelation policies

Cancellations are allowed until 24hours prior to the workshop to be refunded. After that we will not be able to refund you.

Waitlist

If a workshop is full, you can still add your name on the waiting list, who knows, maybe someone will cancel at the last minute. But be ready to join the workshop in case a seat becomes available.

Class Rules

Class starts on time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class in order to get ready for the experience.
